Our Mobile Mouthguard Clinic for Sports Clubs
Extreme Mouthguards offers a personalised and quality mobile mouthguard clinic for sporting clubs. We provide a reliable and trustworthy service catering to both the individual and team’s needs. We can organise to be at your club for your registration day, providing a convenient service for players and parents. At these initial appointments, we take impressions. Our clinic will then call you when it is ready to be fitted, allowing the opportunity for mouthguards to be either collected from your club or for patients to come to our clinic for any adjustments to be made at no extra cost.
Please note this service is for a minimum of 20 players or more and is provided on a first-in-basis to clubs – as we strongly believe in delivering a high-quality mouthguard product and service, we only offer this opportunity to a limited number of clubs each season.
*COVID-19 Important Note: Unfortunately due to the circumstances with COVID-19, our clinic is currently unable to provide mobile mouthguard services. However, we are happy to book out exclusive Club days and evenings at our clinic in Attadale.
