We are a well-respected boutique family owned denture clinic and laboratory in Attadale Perth, just minutes from the beautiful Swan River, looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Prosthetist to join the Total Denture Care family.

We genuinely care for the wellbeing of our patients and staff, consistently striving to be a market leader in premium quality dentures and mouthguards . We achieve this by handcrafting each product and service with passion and precision.

• Perform acrylic, chrome, Valplast, implant overdenture prosthetics and mouthguards including presenting patients with suitable treatment plan options, taking impressions to insert of prosthesis
• Consulting and working with patients at all stages of the denture and mouthguard process and aftercare
• Designing full and partial dentures and mouthguards
• High level of competency in all aspects of manufacturing dentures including:
  • Repairing dentures
  • Adding teeth
  • Setting up fully balanced teeth
  • Processing partial and full dentures
  • Processing denture relines
  • Finishing and polishing
  • Pouring and trimming impressions
  • Making custom moulds – trays and registration rims
  • Manufacturing mouthguards and splints
• Ability to work efficiently and independently as well as part of a small team
• High attention to detail with exceptional aesthetic results
• Well organised work processes
• Be self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in manufacturing of BPS, 3D digital dentures and chrome cobalt and/or flexible dentures will be an advantage but not essential.

• At least 5 years’ experience working in a clinical setting and/or dental laboratory
• Permit to work in Australia
• Working with Children’s Check
• Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics or Bachelor of Dental Prosthetics
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Professional and Public Indemnity Insurance
• Any other requirements as needed to practice in Western Australia
